How to use Meet Maestro for your Block Party meets:
1) Start a SwimTopia free trial:
Meet Maestro comes with every SwimTopia account. Your trial account becomes your team account if you stay on after the 2 week trial. You can use all the features and be running meets as soon as you sign up! No credit card taken at signup. No obligation to continue.
2) Choose whether you want a Lite or Premium account:
Lite accounts are primarily used by teams looking to run meets. If you already have team management software, and aren’t looking to change right now, the Lite account is probably right for you. If you’re ready to check out all our team AND meet features, then Premium is the way to go. Premium includes a fully customizable website, volunteer management features and more.
3) Access our meet templates to shortcut planning and setting up your meet:
We have a selection of tried and true Block Party event lists and corresponding entry rules for all levels of swimmers so you can easily run short, fun, meets for your developmental through competitive swimmers. You can also easily import an EV3 file to set up a meet if you already have a meet format in mind.
As soon as you start your free trial you can start setting up your meets. You can either import your roster and create entries in our system, or you can keep using your usual method of creating entries and import the entries into SwimTopia to run your meets.

Price
Lite: $150/yr + $1.50/athlete/yr
Premium: $150/yr + $3.00/athlete/yr
Your first invoice for $150 is emailed after your two week trial ends. Your trial account continues during the 30 day invoicing period. Each April, we invoice year-round teams for any active athletes in your account during the previous year. Even if athletes register for multiple seasons or programs, they are only charged the athlete fee once.
